Never Give Up

In order not to give up in life, there are some strategic things one need to put into consideration, this article points out these strategic point and highlights their importance:

·         It takes a press for the Word to gain access to God’s presence

There are two signs to show when a person is giving up:

(1)    The way you act – Luke 5: 2

(2)    The way you speak – Luke 5: 5

·         There is always a way out, a way up and a way forward – so, do not give if your present situation seems to be blank, there seems to be no way, you are praying and there seems to be no answer – Do not give up

If you press for the Word, you will not be depressed or oppressed

Why do people give up?

(1)    Because of unsolved problems

(2)    Because of frustration

(3)    Hopelessness – If you call a situation hopeless, you will become helpless

(4)    Experiencing breakdown at the edge of breakthrough

·         Until Jesus steps into the boat of your life, the boat remains empty of good things – the only thing that brought about change in the situation of Peter, after the all-night toiling was the stepping into his boat by Jesus, afterwards everything changed for him.

·         There is always a Word from God to somebody; it takes the step of faith by the person for the word to manifest. – Jesus spoke a specific word to Peter, but he was lamenting and complaining about the stress he had gone through all night, but Jesus was not interested in the story he was saying, thank God that he took the step of faith by saying “… nevertheless at thy Word (Rhema)”. It was the action of Peter that made him to experience the miracle that came out with the word of Jesus. There is power behind every word that is spoken, but it takes action for the word to manifest.

It happened to Peter at the beautiful gate, when he spoke to the cripple man, he expected him to arise, but when he kept on looking without making any move, Peter took him by the right hand and pulled him up for the word to come into manifestation and so it was.

Things that make people get into situations that take them to the point of giving up

(1)    Sin

(2)    Spiritual battles

(3)    Curses

(4)    Evil Covenant

Way out

·         Give and release your life to Jesus

·         Press for the word

·         Pray and fast

And God will meet you at your point of need
